| This exhibit features two large anterior cut-away views of the facial bones revealing the various nasal sinuses in each image. These two images compares normal anatomy with the pre-operative condition. This anterior cut-away view reveals the concha bullosum, apical septal deflection with fracture, enlarged left middle turbinate, maxillary sinus septation, nasal fracture and contact between the left inferior turbinate and a maxillary spur. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
