These include the dates next to each step since multiple surgeries are represented on this one exhibit. The post- accident debridement features the the initial removal of debris and irrigation of the wound. The second image shows the E -wire fracture fixation. The post-operative film is included next to this image. Next, the key steps to the free ALT flap reconstuction of the left foot wound. We include the flap harvest form the right anterolateral thigh, the arterial anastomosis of the anterior tibial to the dorsalis pedis, and the suturing of the flap into place. It is clear that even though the incision is well healed, the foot is still markedly swollen and the dorsum of the foot is distorted. rn
